Location:Trivandrum Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours : 9.00 am to 5.00 pm , Monday to Saturday

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, or admissions (preferably in the education or edtech sector).Freshers can also apply.

Job Description

• Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs or courses.
• Conduct counselling sessions (telephonic/virtual/in-person) to explain course features, benefits, and outcomes.
• Reach out to leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-person to convert inquiries into enrolments.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Guide students through the entire admission process, including application, documentation, and fee payment.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional events, webinars, and open houses to attract new students.
• Stay updated on program offerings, competitor courses, and market trends

Compensation:

• Base salary + performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
