Responsibilities

About the Role

  • HR Operations & Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS, ensuring accuracy of personal, employment, and statutory details.
  • Prepare HR letters including offer letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, and experience certificates.
  • Track employee lifecycle documentation from joining to exit, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and time-sheet tracking in coordination with the payroll team.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Maintain and audit physical and digital HR files, ensuring proper documentation for all employee-related processes.
  • Coordinate statutory documentation related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other applicable labor laws.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required HR-related documents and reports.
  • Onboarding & Exit Formalities:
  • Support the onboarding process by collecting joining documents, verifying credentials, and completing system entries.
  • Coordinate the employee exit process including clearance formalities, full & final settlements, and issuing relieving letters.
  • HR Reporting & MIS:
  • Prepare and update HR MIS reports related to headcount, attrition, joining, confirmation, and absenteeism.
  • Generate periodic reports for internal stakeholders and audit teams.
  • Employee Records & Query Management:
  • Address employee queries related to leaves, policies, and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data at all times.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Working knowledge of HRMS and MS Excel
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance and HR policies
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and documentation
  • Experience with HR software/tools (e.g., Keka,) is preferred
