Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals. Support employee relations by addressing issues and conducting investigations as necessary. Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy. Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management for informed decision-making. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends. Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives. Assist in developing and implementing employee recognition programs. Support pay and benefit administration, including payroll inquiries. Participate in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles. Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations in India. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience with recruitment and selection processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive approach to conflict resolution and employee relations. Experience in hospitality HR is a plus. Certification in HR management (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
