HR executive

About Us:

PerpeX Insights LLP is an emerging B2B service provider and business school based in Calicut. Along with career development and professional training, we also deliver end-to-end business solutions to organizations, bridging the gap between industry and talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Prepare and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employee performance.
• Plan and implement employee engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.
• Deliver training/tutoring sessions for students and professionals as part of our business school programs.
• Support management in designing and executing HR strategies aligned with business and client needs.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Executive or in a related HR role.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and HR operations.
• Experience in KPI preparation and performance evaluation.
• Proven experience in employee engagement activities.
• Tutoring/teaching experience is preferred (or must be confident to conduct training sessions).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
