Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR professional to lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The role requires a strong people leader who can align HR strategies with business goals in a fast-paced, creative, and project-driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people, culture, and organizational development.
  • Build a strong performance-driven and positive work culture.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead manpower planning and recruitment for creative, technical, sales, production, and operations teams.
  • Design hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs.

Performance Management

  • Design and manage appraisal systems, KPIs, and performance reviews.
  • Support leadership in identifying high-potential employees and succession planning.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and motivation programs.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee HR operations: attendance, leave, payroll coordination, confirmations, exits, and settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain and update HR policies, manuals, and SOPs.

Training & Development

  • Identify capability gaps and implement learning & development programs.
  • Build leadership development and technical upskilling initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in advertising, creative agencies, IT, printing, or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage change, scale teams, and build structure.

Preferred Profile

  • Experience managing multi-location teams or field staff (installers, technicians).
  • Exposure to project-based or agency environments.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
