Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR Manager to join our creative and fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle and supporting a diverse team of designers, marketers, developers, and production staff. You will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and building a strong work culture aligned with the creative spirit of the company. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and hire candidates across departments including graphic design, digital marketing, web development, and signage production. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update HR records, policies, and employee files. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards. Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee benefits. 4. Performance Management & Training Coordinate regular performance evaluations and feedback cycles. Work with team leads to identify training and development needs. Support career pathing, upskilling, and professional growth plans. 5. Strategic HR & Employer Branding Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Promote a strong employer brand to attract top creative and technical talent. Assist in internal communication and employer reputation on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor. Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager for our signage and printing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying corporate prospects, setting up meetings, converting leads into clients, onboarding new clients, and maintaining long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Identify and target potential corporate clients for signage, branding, and printing solutions. Develop and implement strategies to approach new business opportunities. Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital outreach.
