HR Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Executive (Human Resources) for a reputed tea manufacturing company to manage workforce operations and act as a key link between employees and management. This role encompasses recruitment, HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and supporting the Director on both strategic and operational HR activities.Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a bridge between employees and management, addressing employee queries and fostering positive relations
  • Assist and report directly to the Director on HR matters and initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
  • Design and conduct induction and training programs for new joiners and coordinate ongoing learning activities
  • Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, employee documentation, and HRIS entries
  • Coordinate salary processing and ensure PF & ESI compliance; assist with payroll reconciliations
  • Visit factory units for HR coordination and employee engagement activities as required (transportation provided)
  • Support performance management processes, statutory audits, and HR reporting to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field
  • Practical experience in HR operations and recruitment; experience in manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills
  • Working knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll processing, and applicable labor laws
  • Proficiency with HRIS tools and MS Excel; attention to detail for record-keeping and compliance
  • Willingness to travel to factory units as needed
Salary Range

₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month (Gross / Cost to Company - CTC)

This figure refers to the gross monthly cost-to-company. Statutory deductions (Employee Provident Fund, ESI, professional tax, income tax, and any other applicable deductions) will be applied as per law and company policy, so the actual take-home (net) salary will be lower than the gross amount shown.Any additional benefits or allowances (for example, employer contributions to PF/ESI, health insurance, travel or meal allowances, performance bonuses, etc.) will be provided according to company policy and will be detailed in the formal offer letter.
