Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingHeadhunting for niche and leadership positions across departmentsManage complete onboarding cycle, induction planning, and documentationCoordinate and execute payroll processing in collaboration with accountsTrack and manage employee attendance, leave records, and HRIS dataEnsure HR statutory compliance PF, ESIC, gratuity, and related filingsPlan and implement employee engagement activities and internal communicationsMaintain updated employee files and HR documentationSupport in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPsAssist in handling audits and HR data reportingCoordinate with Admin for operational HR-related tasksRequirements:Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of relevant HR experiencePrior experience in aluminium formwork, construction, or manufacturing industry preferredStrong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and handle HR activities across locationsProficient with HR software, Microsoft Office, and documentation processes.
