HR Executive (Female)

As an HR Executive at our company, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes and assisting with day-to-day HR operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating with hiring managers and maintaining administrative functions such as employee attendance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles including sourcing candidates through multiple channels - Conduct initial screening and first round of interviews - Schedule and coordinate second-round interviews with hiring managers - Maintain and update the recruitment database - Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower needs and interview feedback - Maintain employee attendance records and support new hire onboarding - Assist with drafting HR documents and handle employee queries Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion In addition to the above, you will also be expected to ensure compliance with company policies, participate in HR initiatives and employee engagement activities, and handle any other tasks assigned by management or the HR department.
