Job Description

  • Responsible for end to end HR activities like recruitment, joining formalities, attendance, Payroll Management, Performance Appraisals, training etc.
  • Recruitment collect manpower requisition form from HOD, source candidates, assess, schedule technical interview with HOD.
  • Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Monthly Attendance and Payroll processing.
  • Ensure all protocols as per NABH standards are maintained.Maintain database & prepare MIS reports.
