Position Overview We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and proactive Female HR Executive for our educational organization in Liluah. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a pleasing personality, and the ability to handle general HR responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing). Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

Maintain HR records and employee databases.

Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.

Address employee queries and support HR operations.

Coordinate training sessions and staff development activities.

Ensure HR policies are followed within the institution.

Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Female candidate only.

Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).

1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist roles .

Fluent in English—spoken and written.

Smart, confident, and presentable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
