HR Executive (Female)

Role Overview: As the HR Executive, your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. You will also be responsible for supporting employee lifecycle management such as onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits. Additionally, you will administer performance appraisal processes, handle employee grievances, maintain HR records, implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Support employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits. - Administer and coordinate performance appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms. - Handle employee grievances and escalate when necessary. - Maintain HR records and employee database with accuracy and confidentiality. - Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and welfare activities. - Prepare HR reports and analytics for internal and management use. - Coordinate training and development initiatives as per organizational goals.
