The role overview involves overseeing various Human Resources (HR) functions to ensure smooth operations. As an HR Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the smooth documentation process for new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. - Regularly updating and auditing HR databases for data integrity and compliance. - Monitoring and tracking employee attendance, absenteeism, and leave requests. - Coordinating with managers to ensure proper leave approvals and adherence to company policies. - Maintaining and updating the leave management system for accuracy. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, organizational HR policies, and regulatory requirements. - Supporting the execution of periodic audits to align HR processes with legal requirements and best practices. - Assisting in preparing HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation as needed. - Continuously evaluating existing HR workflows and processes for operational improvement. - Streamlining HR operations to enhance efficiency and reduce redundancies. - Implementing and maintaining standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for various HR functions. - Coordinating with employees on benefits administration and processing. - Supporting benefits programs management, including updating records, processing claims, and liaising with vendors. - Communicating HR initiatives, policy changes, or updates to the team. - Participating in Manpower Planning and Management.
