HR Executive (Female)

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that are in line with the company's overall business objectives. You will play a key role in promoting positive employee relations, addressing grievances, and efficiently resolving any issues that may arise. Your duties will include leading the recruitment and selection process, supporting talent development, engagement, and retention strategies, as well as overseeing and continuously improving HR systems, policies, and procedures. Moreover, you will be tasked with fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, administering a performance management system that encourages high performance, and providing data-driven HR insights and decision support to the leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives - Promote positive employee relations and address grievances effectively - Lead recruitment and selection processes - Support talent development, engagement, and retention strategies - Oversee and enhance HR systems, policies, and procedures - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment - Administer performance management system for high performance encouragement - Provide data-driven HR insights and decision support to leadership Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an HR Specialist or similar role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in HR software and databases - Strategic mindset with leadership capabilities - Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation skills - Understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity - Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field Additional Details: This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and internet reimbursement.
