Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and provide support in day-to-day HR operations. The role will primarily focus on talent acquisition (70%) while also contributing to HR operations and administration (30%) to ensure smooth organizational functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (70%)

  • Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline, track recruitment metrics, and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Handle onboarding formalities including offer letter issuance, documentation, and induction.
  • Build and maintain employer branding initiatives to attract talent.

HR Operations (30%)

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, etc.).
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Coordinate exit formalities including resignation processing, exit interviews, and clearance.
  • Draft HR-related letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
  • Assist in day-to-day office administration and operations-related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools/portals.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
