Customer Service Representative

Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain services related to overseas

education.

• Understand student requirements and provide accurate information on courses, countries, universities, and visa processes.
• Follow up consistently with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Schedule appointments for education counselors.
• Maintain and update call records, lead status, and student information in the CRM system.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach with all clients and team members.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi & regional languages

preferred).

Confidence in making cold/warm calls and handling client queries effectively.

Good listening and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
