Hiring: Domestic Customer Service Executives (Multiple Locations)

Noida

• Work location: Office-based in Noida Day shift, 6-day work week.
  
• Position: Customer Service / Customer Support Executive (domestic BPO / support role) Apna+1
  
• Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month (depending on communication skills & performance). You may also get incentives and bonuses depending on performance. Apna+1

• Handle inbound customer calls, queries and support.
  
• Assist customers with product/service information, resolve issues, provide solutions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Work location: Office-based (for example – Gomti Nagar / Alambagh or other Lucknow offices) — 6-day week, day-shifts typical. Jobhai+1

• Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month (based on communication skills / performance). Jobhai+1

• Handling inbound customer calls and queries — voice-based support. Jobhai+1
  
• Address customer complaints, provide information, assist them politely and professionally. Jobhai+1

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Work location: Office-based in Kolkata — supporting domestic customer service calls or support (voice or non-voice depending on process). Adzuna+1
  
• Position: Customer Support / Customer Service Representative / Associate (domestic customer-service process) Adzuna+1
  
• Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month (depending on communication skills and performance), or per company standards. (You can specify 15 k-25 k to match other locations.)
  

• Handle inbound or sometimes outbound calls or chats for customers needing support or information as per company process. Adzuna+1
  
• Provide information about products/services, resolve queries/complaints, ensure customer satisfaction. Adzuna+1
  
• Maintain records of customer interactions; ensure accurate documentation. Adzuna+1
