Job Title: HR Executive Location: Vapi, Gujarat Experience: 3-5 Years Education: Any Graduate Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, from recruitment to employee management, and ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and a passion for fostering a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive work environment. Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems, monitor employee performance, and support managers in performance-related discussions. HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation. Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with company standards. Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and assist in policy development and enforcement. Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave data, and other relevant information. Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness initiatives to improve morale and employee satisfaction. Exit Management: Manage the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews, processing final settlements, and maintaining exit records. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Any graduate degree; a specialization in Human Resources or related field is a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment. Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment processes. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Additional Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
