The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and hands-on experience in fieldwork. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute civil engineering projects from start to finish. Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. Monitor site activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and estimates. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements. Prepare daily/weekly project reports and progress updates. Manage materials, labor, and resources efficiently. Required Skills: Proficiency in civil construction, structural engineering, and project execution. Strong understanding of site safety, quality checks, and documentation. Good command of AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects across locations. Preferred Candidates: Based in or willing to relocate to Vapi, Bharuch, or Baroda . Ready to travel between project sites as required.

Job Title: HR Executive Location: Vapi, Gujarat Experience: 3-5 Years Education: Any Graduate Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, from recruitment to employee management, and ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and a passion for fostering a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive work environment. Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems, monitor employee performance, and support managers in performance-related discussions. HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation. Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with company standards. Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and assist in policy development and enforcement. Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave data, and other relevant information. Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness initiatives to improve morale and employee satisfaction. Exit Management: Manage the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews, processing final settlements, and maintaining exit records. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Any graduate degree; a specialization in Human Resources or related field is a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment. Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment processes. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Additional Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
