skills.Role: HR ExecutiveJob Profile:Employee Recruitment:•Reviewing resumes and application of candidates.•Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputsduring the hiring process.•Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation,Incentives.•Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to theemployee.•Administration of all Employee and company documents.•Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joiningformalities.•Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file,personal database, etc.) of each employee in HR module of ERP software.
