We are looking for a HR Executive with excellent communication and good skills. Role: HR Executive Job Profile: Employee Recruitment: •Reviewing resumes and application of candidates. •Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process. •Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, Incentives. •Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employee. •Administration of all Employee and company documents. •Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities. •Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in HR module of ERP software. Desired Candidate Profile: •Candidate should be good in communication. •Working round the clock.
