Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (80%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical/functional rounds.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, and coordinate pre-joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards to track hiring progress and metrics.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment vendors and manage vendor performance.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations (20%)

  • Support the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives plan, coordinate, and execute engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage vendor coordination for recruitment, background verification, and other HR-related services.
  • Handle confirmation process for probationary employees and coordinate with managers for evaluations.
  • Conduct and track Background Verification (BGV) for new hires through designated vendors.
  • Manage exit formalities including clearance process, exit interviews, and final documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation as per compliance requirements.
  • Provide operational support in HR audits, reports, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ Years of experience in IT recruitment and HR Operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential information with integrity.
