Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive - Recruitment to join our HR team. As an HR Executive - Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring that our organization is staffed with the best professionals.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding

· Source and attract potential candidates through various channels

· Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs

· Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

· Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations

· Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics

Required Experience

· Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry

· Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and laws

· 0- 2 years of experience can be considered
