HR Executive Assistant

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes for factory positions. You will oversee onboarding and training programs for new employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Handling employee relations and conflict resolution will be a crucial part of your role. Monitoring and reporting on HR metrics such as turnover rates and absenteeism will help in identifying areas for improvement. You will also be expected to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, coordinate performance appraisal processes, and provide feedback to employees. Conducting regular audits of HR practices and procedures will be essential to maintain compliance and efficiency. Promoting a safe and healthy working environment for all employees is a key aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you should have a strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective employee management. Your proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies will be beneficial in driving organizational success. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities are necessary to address various HR challenges.
