Regional Head (West+Central) (Business Development Manager) Designation: Regional Head (West + Central) Travel required: Extensive Level: Mid Management Department: Sales & Marketing Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced " Regional Head (West+Central)" to lead our business development efforts in the Western and Central regions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing regional business, and developing strategies to expand our presence in the construction industry Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the Western and Central regions •Manage and expand existing customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities Lead a team to achieve sales and revenue targets •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support •Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions •Maintain strong relationships with NHAI, PWD, CPWD, Railways, and other authorities. •Drive business expansion through effective market analysis and strategic decision-making, Accountable for achievements of Sales Target (Quantity, Collection & Profitability) for his territory.
