We are now looking for a proactive and passionate HR Executive to support our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience to launch a rewarding HR career in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Help onboard and induct new team members
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
• Prepare HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.)
• Support in managing attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs
• Organize employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications
• Address employee queries regarding policies and benefits
• Ensure smooth HR operations in line with company policies

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field
• 0–1 year of HR internship or professional experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a startup based tech environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Exposure to HRMS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
