HR Coordinator

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai (with weekly travel to Parel office 12 days/week)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)Gender Requirement: Male candidates onlyAbout the Role:We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment. This role also involves cross-functional exposure to HR operations, payroll coordination, and data management. Ideal for individuals seeking growth into a full-spectrum HR career.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer management, and onboardingLiaise with internal departments and hiring managers for role briefs and hiring coordinationMaintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and dashboardsHandle Excel-based reports and data management related to recruitment and HR operationsAssist with HR administrative tasks, payroll inputs, and documentationCoordinate with internal stakeholders on manpower planning and recruitment statusTravel to Parel office 12 times per week as requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitmentGraduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory)Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, basic reporting, data cleaning)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsEagerness to learn and contribute to payroll and HR operationsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environmentWho Should Apply:Male candidates with relevant recruitment experienceIndividuals who want to broaden their HR knowledge and career pathCandidates based in or near Navi Mumbai / Mhape / Parel preferred
