HR Consultant

The HR Consultant position requires a knowledgeable and results-driven individual to provide expert advice and solutions on various human resources matters. In this role, you will be supporting clients with HR strategy, compliance, talent management, and organizational development. You will also be involved in supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies. Additionally, you will assist in HR system implementation and performance management frameworks. To excel in this position, you should have at least 10 years of proven experience as an HR Consultant. A strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
