Job Title: HR Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven HR Consultant to provide expert advice and solutions on a wide range of human resources matters. The ideal candidate will support clients with HR strategy, compliance, talent management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Conduct audits, develop training programs, and resolve employee relations issues
• Assist in HR system implementation and performance management frameworks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a senior HR role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
