Job Description

Job Title:

HR Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, PT, gratuity, minimum wages, and other statutory obligations.
Maintain accurate compliance-related records and documentation.
Assist in preparing and submitting statutory returns and filings within timelines.
Stay updated on changes in HR and labor compliance regulations and ensure timely implementation.
Support internal and external audits related to statutory compliance.
Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants for compliance matters.
Develop and maintain compliance checklists and reports for management review.
Provide guidance to HR and management on compliance-related queries.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum
1+ years of experience
in HR compliance.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Salary & Benefits

18,000 – 20,000 (Monthly in-hand) + PF + Other Benefits
Additional allowances as per company policy
