Responsibilities: Performance & Disciplinary Documentation: Draft letters for performance and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies. • Full & Final Settlement: Manage termination processes per Indian labor laws and company policies, ensuring contract adherence, non-discrimination, documentation, data protection, and timely final settlements. Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and document feedback . • Coordination: Collaborate with HR, sales, and other teams to support operations and resolve HR/legal queries. • Legal Case Management: Identify and liaise with legal firms to manage cases, ensuring all actions comply with Indian law. Documentation: Draft and review agreements, notices, and other legal documents for employees and third-party dealings. Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather insights, report findings, and suggest retention improvements. Requirements : • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field • Strong drafting and documentation skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
