Job Title: HR & Compliance Executive
Industry: Garment / Apparel Manufacturing
Location: [C-133 , Noida Sec - 63]
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in the garment/apparel industry
Reporting To: HR Manager / Compliance Manager / Factory Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Compliance Executive with a strong background in the garment manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR functions and ensuring full compliance with all applicable labor laws, buyer compliance standards, and internal company policies.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for factory staff and junior/mid-level roles.
  • Maintain employee records and handle documentation including onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Support payroll processing in coordination with accounts/payroll team.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Support HR policy implementation and communicate policies to workers and staff.
  • Organize and monitor employee training and development programs.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.

Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, ESI, PF, Factory Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain statutory records such as registers, returns, licenses, and certificates.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits (social, statutory, buyer audits) and ensure timely closure of CAPs (Corrective Action Plans).
  • Handle buyer compliance requirements including certifications like SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, SA8000, etc.
  • Conduct internal compliance checks and risk assessments regularly.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of compliance requirements and industry best practices.
  • Train staff and workers on compliance, workplace safety, anti-harassment, and code of conduct.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR & Compliance within the garment/apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, social compliance, and factory regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in handling buyer audits and third-party compliance inspections.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in labor law compliance or HR management is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of compliance audit platforms (e.g., Sedex, BSCI portal).
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or worker well-being initiatives.

Salary: As per industry standards
