Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and people-focused Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support NIITs business units. This role will work closely with senior HRBPs and leadership teams to implement HR strategies, support talent and performance management, coach managers on people practices, and help build a positive organizational culture. It is an excellent opportunity for early-career HR professionals who want to grow into a strategic HR business partner role.

Key Responsibilities

HR Partnership & Support

  • Partner with business leaders and senior HRBPs to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR policies, processes, and queries.

Talent & Performance Management

  • Support goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles across teams.
  • Help track talent gaps and assist in career development and succession planning activities.

Manager Coaching & Advisory

  • Guide first-line managers on basic people practices, employee relations, and team engagement.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior HRBPs as needed.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive engagement activities, employee connect sessions, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Promote NIITs culture, values, and diversity initiatives.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HR systems.

HR Operations & Analytics

  • Support payroll inputs, onboarding, and exit processes in collaboration with HR operations.
  • Leverage HR metrics and data to prepare reports for business and HR leaders.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist, HRBP support, or HR operations role.
  • Foundational understanding of HR practices including performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with employees and managers.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word); familiarity with HRMS tools will be an advantage.
  • Passionate about developing into a strategic HR Business Partner.
