HR Business Partner – Performance Management & Engagement
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who will lead our Performance Management System and strengthen overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and implement the Performance Management Framework.● Conduct regular RAG reviews and performance tracking.● Define KRAs/KPIs with department heads and ensure alignment.● Drive BGV (Background Verification) and onboarding processes for new hires.● Coordinate training programs with internal/external trainers.● Plan and execute employee connect and engagement initiatives.● Continuously bring innovative ideas to enhance performance and culture. What We’re Looking For:● MBA/PGDM in HR with 2–4 years of experience in HRBP, PMS, or L&D.● Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.● Passionate about building a high-performance and people-first culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
