As an enthusiastic HRBP professional, you will be joining a leading Management Consulting Organization based in Gurgaon with 5-7 years of experience in a similar domain. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Strategic HR Partnership**: - Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and driving people strategy. - Collaborate with HR experts to deliver comprehensive solutions. - **Workforce & Capacity Planning**: - Advise on utilization, headcount planning, team structuring, and succession planning. - Stay connected to business pipeline and staffing needs. - **Performance & Coaching**: - Support performance evaluations, coaching, and promotion processes. - Champion a culture of continuous feedback and high performance. - **Learning & Development**: - Collaborate with the Learning team to align learning initiatives with business needs. - Support mentor/coach onboarding and training. - **Engagement & Culture**: - Monitor employee sentiment and drive engagement initiatives. - Support recognition programs and address employee relations to foster a strong workplace culture. - **HR Process & Collaboration**: - Liaise across HR functions and maintain best practices. - Lead change initiatives and mentor the broader HR team for consistent and impactful HR service delivery. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred. - 8-10 years of relevant experience in multinational/professional services. - Proven ability to build credibility with business leaders and collaborate across HR and global teams. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
