What You Will Do
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations that drive organizational effectiveness and growth.
- Leadership Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor and coach to supervisors and leaders, enhancing their effectiveness in people management, decision-making, and culture-building. Facilitate leadership development and succession planning.
- Business Problem Solving: Apply strategic thinking to diagnose business challenges, propose innovative solutions, and influence outcomes that improve results.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR colleagues. Serve as a thought partner, constructively challenging ideas and processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with Koch’s values and business goals.
- Culture Champion: Model and promote Koch’s culture, ensuring candidates and employees demonstrate confidence, respect, humility, and flexibility.
- Talent Management: Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, diversity initiatives, and succession planning in partnership with business leaders.
- Challenge Process: Encourage and facilitate open dialogue, constructive feedback, and principled challenge to drive better business outcomes.
- Capability Support: Provide HR partnership to both Tech and non-Tech business units, leveraging broad business acumen.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic business partnership (not operational/generalist roles).
- Demonstrated experience in leadership coaching and successful partnership with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong pedigree, with a track record of strategic problem-solving and influencing business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and articulation skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to challenge constructively and drive change.
- Experience supporting either Tech or non-Tech business capabilities.
- High degree of culture fit: confident, respectful, humble, and flexible.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
