This role will act as a key advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will lead a team of HRBPs, drive organizational development, and foster a high-performance culture through effective change management and employee engagement initiatives. Key Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Proficient in using dashboards and creating leadership presentations Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of HR Business Partners Talent Strategy: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management Organizational Development: Drive change management and culture transformation initiatives Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies Diversity & Inclusion: Promote DEIB initiatives across the organization Culture Building: Design and implement programs that reinforce company values and culture Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field 12+ years of experience in Corporate HR, preferably in IT/ITES Strong understanding of HR practices in service-oriented organizations Why choose GSPANN At GSPANN, we don’t just serve our clients—we co-create.
