We are a fast-scaling fintech startup building innovative payment solutions for businesses across India. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Associate to support our people operations, employee engagement, and recruitment processes, ensuring a strong culture and smooth HR function.

You as a HR Associate will work closely with the leadership team to manage end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, payroll support, and compliance. If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about people and culture in a fast-paced startup environment, this is the right role for you!

You will be Responsible for:

• Manage job postings, sourcing, and screening of candidates. Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers in selection.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth joining formalities. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems.
• Support in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Organize team activities, engagement initiatives, and employee feedback sessions.
• Support in driving performance management and appraisal cycles.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements. Support in drafting and updating HR policies.

Must Have:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and HRMS tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Tech-friendly, good with Excel, HRMS tools, and quick to learn new systems.

Qualifications:

• Psychology, MBA-HR, MSW-HR or related fields
• 3–4 years of in HR Field (preferably in fintech, payments)
• Exposure to startups, digital payments, or financial services is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
