As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top talent for our expanding non-technical roles. Job Summary: At Payfin, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for various non-technical roles including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, HR, and Operations. You will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-caliber professionals who align with our company values and goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for non-IT positions. Understand the requirements of different departments and develop job descriptions accordingly. Source candidates using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidates’ skills, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Manage candidate communication and provide a seamless candidate experience. Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports as required. Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to ensure hiring objectives are met. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. Proven ability to source candidates using various methods and tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. High level of professionalism and integrity. This is a full-time position because we believe marketing and SEO efforts around data remain underdeveloped and content opportunities are vast. You will be responsible for producing more technical pieces on data, tools, and solutions, while also addressing timely topics in the payments tech industry. You may also assist with developer documentation when needed, always prioritizing accuracy and clear communication. The role includes working with internal teams to collect technical insights for use in blog posts and service pages, writing accessible content, and conducting regular SEO performance reviews. Work with video editors and trainers to align script timing and tone. Translate complex topics into easy-to-understand content.
