We are a fast-growing fintech startup building innovative payment solutions for businesses and consumers. Our mobile app is the gateway for users to experience seamless digital payments, collections, and payouts. We are looking for a skilled Android Developer (Native) to join our technology team and help us deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile experiences.

You as a React Native Developer with a strong focus on Android development will design and build high-quality mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend engineers, to deliver intuitive fintech solutions at scale.

You will be Responsible for:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native with a primary focus on Android.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into user-friendly apps.
• Integrate APIs, SDKs, and third-party services into mobile applications.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile app development and fintech technology.

Must Have:

• Strong proficiency in React Native (2+ years).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Android development tools (Android Studio, Gradle).
• Familiarity with native Android (Java/Kotlin) is a plus.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Experience in mobile app security (encryption, secure storage, authentication flows).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in mobile app development (with at least 1–2 years in React Native).
• Previous experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS applications is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
