The role of a Tech Support at our office in JP Nagar, Bangalore involves providing technical assistance and support to merchants facing issues with our products, services, or systems. Your main objective will be to efficiently resolve merchants" problems, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and diagnosing technical issues reported by merchants, identifying root causes, and finding appropriate solutions. You will communicate with merchants through various channels to understand their concerns, provide guidance, and offer step-by-step instructions to resolve their issues. Utilizing your technical knowledge, you will work to promptly resolve merchants" issues, which may involve remotely accessing their systems or coordinating with other technical teams. Maintaining accurate records of merchants" interactions and issue resolutions is crucial for creating knowledge bases and training materials. Collaboration with other teams within the organization, such as development and quality assurance, will be necessary to escalate complex issues and contribute to product improvement. Continuous learning about the latest technologies and industry trends is essential for effective support and improving troubleshooting skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work shift is during the day from Monday to Friday. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of experience in technical support, and proficiency in Hindi and English.
