Description
You will be responsible for providing the first-line of telephone/virtual technical support for US customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing L1 and L2 support for desktops, printers, operating systems, cloud, etc. - Applying basic/advanced diagnostic techniques to identify and fix tech-related issues. - Taking end-to-end ownership of customer issues, anticipating their needs, and addressing concerns effectively. - Up selling and cross-selling brand products and services to US customers. - Handling customer queries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining consistent productivity. Ideally, you should have: - Good understanding of technology, computers, peripherals, and hardware. - Experience in technical troubleshooting of computer hardware and peripherals. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle tasks with changing priorities. - Proven knowledge in problem-solving, root cause identification, and finding creative solutions. - Strong communication skills, active listening, and multitasking abilities. - Pro-active attitude, work experience, and good organizational skills. - Knowledge of Cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google), Servers, Active Directory, Networking, Endpoint management, and Migration will be advantageous.
