Key Responsibilities: - Minimum qualification of a graduate in streams such as commerce, geography, management, mathematics, science, computers, or engineering - 3-5 years of experience in similar environments or tech companies, including at least 1 year of team management - End-to-end ownership of the team's operations - Managing the efficiency and effectiveness of the team to meet defined contractual SLA targets - Evaluating operators" performance by assigning quality ratings and providing feedback on errors - Conducting and coordinating discussions with QCers for process improvement - Calculating and publishing daily reports, reviewing effectiveness, and driving governance - Generating and reporting insights through basic and advanced data analysis - Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) and deep dive analysis on recurring or high severity issues - Contributing to process and product improvement initiatives and implementing solutions - Providing floor support, sharing best practices on product processes and policies - Ensuring smooth policy rollouts and conducting refresher training - Proactively identifying training needs for the labelers in the team - Demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to provide direction and guidance to agents - Possessing strong process and people management skills - Handling team and client management effectively In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving operational excellence, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.,
