Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, maintaining support documentation, and coordinating with other teams for issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level technical support through phone, email, or ticketing system. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. - Utilize Microsoft Excel for generating reports, data analysis, and tracking support tickets. - Create and update support documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases. - Collaborate with development and network teams for issue resolution. - Prepare data summaries, charts, and pivot tables for client and internal use. - Monitor system performance to ensure efficiency. - Conduct user training on software tools and basic troubleshooting. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Com, B.A., BBA, BCA, B.Tech, etc.). - 0-3 years of experience in tech support or IT helpdesk roles. - Proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data formatting. - Basic knowledge of computer networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting. - Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira, Freshdesk, or Zendesk. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Logical, problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure.
