Job Overview:

We are looking for a Tech Support Executive with a strong technical foundation and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing technical issues, supporting internal tools, and working with data reports using Excel to support decision-making and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or ticketing system.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Use Microsoft Excel for generating reports, data analysis, and tracking support tickets or performance metrics.

Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.

Coordinate with development and network teams for issue resolution.

Assist in preparing data summaries, charts, and pivot tables for client and internal use.

Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are running efficiently.

Train users on software tools and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Com, B.A., BBA, BCA, Btech etc.).

0-3 years of experience in tech support or IT helpdesk roles.

Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data formatting.

Basic knowledge of computer networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira, Freshdesk, or Zendesk.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

A logical, problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excel certification (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist) is a plus.

Experience with automation tools (e.g., Excel macros, Power Query) is a bonus.
