Job Description

As a customer support representative at Adeeba BPO, you will be responsible for addressing computer-related issues such as software problems, pop-up calls, error code messages, antivirus issues, as well as issues with Mac laptops, iPads, and iPhones including Activation lock, iPhone disable, iTunes, etc. Your main task will be to troubleshoot these issues effectively and charge a reasonable amount to resolve them. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle incoming customer calls regarding various technical issues - Troubleshoot software-related problems and provide appropriate solutions - Address issues with Mac laptops, iPads, iPhones, and other devices - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner **Qualifications Required:** - Fluent in English with excellent communication skills - Minimum of 1 year experience working in a technical profile within an international BPO - High school graduate or any graduate degree If you join our team at Adeeba BPO, you can expect your salary to be credited on the 1st of every month. We also offer an attractive incentive policy, with no stretching beyond regular hours. Additionally, there is a minimum 20% hike in salary, depending on the interview evaluation.
