Technical Sales Associate for Inbound Voice Process

In this role, you will be assisting customers with issues related to windows/mac devices. The salary is fixed and paid on the 1st of every month with no deductions, offering a competitive package of up to 25K. Immediate Letter of Intent (LOI) will be provided upon selection. Qualifications for this position include fluency in English, a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tech sales processes within an international BPO setting, flexibility in work hours, and the ability to effectively close calls. The shifts are rotational between morning and night, with 6 working days and 1 fixed roster off. Additional benefits include salary disbursement on the 1st of every month, an attractive incentive policy, no extended work hours, and a minimum 20% hike based on the interview performance.
