Technical Sales Associate for Inbound Voice Process

Despite being headquartered in Kolkata, we also have subsidiaries in Thailand, US, and UK. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist customers with issues related to windows/mac devices. - Work in a rotational shift between morning and night. - Close calls effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. - Adhere to a fixed roster off and 6 working days schedule. **Qualifications Required:** - Fluency in English. - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tech sales processes within an international BPO setting. - Flexibility in work hours. - Ability to effectively close calls.
