Job Description

As a customer service representative at Adeeba BPO, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from customers who are facing computer-related issues such as software problems, pop-up calls, error code messages, antivirus issues, and issues with Mac laptops, iPads, and iPhones (like Activation lock, iPhone disable, iTunes, etc.). Your role will involve troubleshooting these issues effectively and providing solutions to customers, along with charging an appropriate amount for the services rendered. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Excellent fluency in English. - Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a technical profile within an international BPO. - High school pass or any graduate degree.
