As a tech support professional at Adeeba BPO, you will be tasked with addressing customer concerns related to software issues such as pop-up calls, error code messages, antivirus problems, and issues with Mac laptops, iPads, and iPhones including Activation lock, iPhone disable, iTunes, etc. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting these issues effectively and charging a fee for resolving them. Qualifications for this role include fluency in English, a minimum of 1 year experience in a technical role within an international BPO, and at least a high school diploma or any undergraduate degree. Strong communication skills, excellent convincing abilities, the capacity to close calls efficiently, basic computer proficiency, flexibility to work in any shift schedule (6 days a week), and immediate availability are also essential requirements. In addition to a competitive salary disbursed on the 1st of every month, we offer an attractive incentive policy with no extended working hours.
